We’ll put together a clear plan for your website, including what we’ll build, what’s included, the timeline, and the final price. Once you’re happy with everything and give us the go-ahead, a 50% deposit officially gets the project started.

Complete our website questionnaire to give us the content, branding, preferences, and other information we need. We’ll guide you through exactly what to provide.

We’ll plan out your website’s pages, structure, and navigation, then establish the overall visual direction. This includes the layouts, colours, fonts, imagery, and design style that will shape the rest of your website.

Before we build the entire site, we’ll show you the initial design and layout. You’ll have a chance to share your feedback and make sure you’re happy with the direction before we move forward.

Once the direction is approved, we’ll build out the full website across desktop and mobile. We’ll add your content, forms, features, integrations, and everything else included in your project plan.

You’ll get to explore the completed website and send us your final feedback. We’ll make the agreed-upon refinements and ensure everything looks and works the way it should.

Once you’re happy with the finished website, the remaining 50% balance is paid. From there, we’ll take care of the final technical work and prepare your website to go live.

We’ll handle the final setup, including your domain connection, foundational SEO, testing, analytics, and other technical details. Once everything is ready, we’ll officially launch your new website.

If you chose Create & Hand Over, we’ll give you everything you need to manage your website independently. If you chose Create & Manage, we’ll continue taking care of your website, updates, and ongoing needs.
